Career Progression
Associate
Associates are the underpinning of each project and serve as the content expert. They are responsible for secondary and primary research management and analyses as well as supporting the development of key insights and recommendations.
Associates work very closely with senior team members who act as their mentors and take ownership in specific project parts. As associates become more competent in their role they are given more independence and project management responsibilities.
Manager
Managers lead day-today activities, including issue identification, development of research methodologies and analytical approaches. Managers drive the synthesizing of conclusions and formulating recommendations. Managers manage both our internal team and the client relationship for a given project.
As managers become more competent they develop subject matter expertise and participate in business development activities in preparation for the Principal role.
Principal
Principals are part of the senior management team and help shape the future direction and vision of Aquilae. Principals are responsible for developing and extending client relationships. Principals ensure the quality of client engagements and mentor associates and managers.
